Wednesday's Reading: Matthew 15

I say things I regret all the time. As long as I can remember, I've stuck my foot in my mouth. Jesus says in our reading today that what comes from our mouth originates from our heart. This makes me wonder about how well we take care of our heart - how well we guard our heart. If we are frustrated with our words (what comes out of our mouth) then maybe we should give our heart more attention.
